- THE LEGACY-

Opened in the fall of '89, Tony and Artemisa Sesma had one vision, "to serve the best in innovative and fresh Mexican food". And they did. For decades the special Sesma recipes have served the Palm Springs community with pride. Before the chipotle and baja trends, they did it first.

Continuing his parents legacy, Christian Sesma partnered with his father in 2003 and built the brand that held the original Guacamoles brick and mortar for over 30 years. Guacamoles is a bold testament, not only to the amazing dishes, but the culture of tradition, quality and innovation.

After his father's retirement in 2019 and the end of the original location, Christian, along with his wife Lillian, chose to carry on the Sesma legacy towards a diverse and exciting future.  Across multiple platforms, the Guacamoles brand continues as

we introduce authentic and innovative Mexican cuisine thru partnerships, pop ups and exciting new ventures.
